I tried a bunch of times to get hold of you before I left, but I have to leave in about 10 minutes, and won't be back here till the 29th, so I wanted to let you know my question.
I just spent about $400 on repairs to my truck, and will need to spend another $100 on it when I get back in January. Not a single one of the repairs was covered by the warranty that you sold me. (I can send you all the receipts of the repairs if you'd like details).
In addition, when the garage called the warranty place, they said my warranty is not yet in place. I feel like I received poor service and misleading advice regarding the warranty. Because of this, I feel that a refund of the warranty is only appropriate. You can send the check to the address above.
I was polite and patient when I discovered that your mechanics hadn't even checked my oil, and that the truck doesn't hold any anti-freeze, and when I received the wrong tailgate. As the situation stands now, neither Bo nor I would send any more business your way.
