| Dear Evel: My husband is in the Navy, and he spends as much as six months at a time at sea. Right now, he's been gone for four months, and I'm getting antsy. There's a guy in my office who's made advances toward me more than once, and I'm thinking about taking him up on them. Do you think this is horrible? After all, a girl has needs... |
| Go ahead and screw around. If you've got needs, find someone who'll take care of them. And I'll tell you what, if that fellow from the office doesn't want to take you out, call me. Send a photo I'm available!

| I would like to know the true condition your body is in after all these years and all of the broken bones you have received. Can you detail your discomforts and limitations due to your accumulated injuries? Lastly, do you know if Robbie has any plans of a Snake Canyon-type stunt at any time in his career? |
|
It's no different than any football player or rodeo rider that's been doing it for as long as I have. It's hard to get up in the morning I ache and I hurt each and every day, especially with the hepatitis. But I try to keep getting up and going on, because that's all you can do. As for Robbie, no, he doesn't have any plans of jumping Snake River Canyon, at least not the way I tried it. I tried it in the rocket, the Skycycle. No one has plans of trying to do that again. |

Please note: Tripod, like most citizens of the Spaceship Earth, is in awe of Evel Knievel, his life, and his hard-earned position in American culture. However, neither Tripod nor its parent company, Lycos, Inc., necessarily share, espouse, or agree with the viewpoints expressed by Mr. Knievel, or any other Tripod columnist. (While we're at it, and to be perfectly candid, we are also fairly certain we don't agree with most of the viewpoints expressed by our high school teachers, parents, parole officers, therapists, and career bureaucrats employed by the United Nations.)
