Payment Information Premium Membership costs $3/month, or $6/month if you are also purchasing the removal of advertising from your pages. Payment for Premium Membership is made in six-month blocks ($3/month for 6 months = $18). Please use the Premium Membership sign-up page to purchase your Premium Membership. Payment for a Premium Membership must be made in U.S. funds. The most convenient way to purchase a Premium Membership is to pay with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) using our secure server. You can fax us an order with your credit card information included. Purchasing via credit card means that your service will automatically be renewed every six months. The final option is to send us a check. If you choose this option, we will send you reminders by e-mail when you are due for renewal. Please note that a $15 fee will be required to cover the processing of any returned check.
Fill out all order information, especially member name and credit card information, on our print-out order form (available through our Premium Membership sign-up page). Please print credit card information clearly and be sure the numbers are legible. Do not forget to provide your signature. If you are unable to print the Premium Membership form, please submit all information requested from that page to Tripod via fax or postal mail. Please note that when processing credit cards we compare the billing address you provide with the actual billing address associated with the credit card you have submitted. If they do not match, the credit card will not be accepted. An e-mail notification stating that your Premium Membership is active will be sent after your credit card purchase has been approved. It is important that you keep us updated with contact information changes. Payment by Mail: Check or Money Order Payment for a Premium Membership must be made in U.S. funds. Checks must be made payable to Tripod, Inc., and please include your telephone number. The Premium Membership sign-up form must be completely and accurately filled out that means everything! Without this information we'll be unable to process your Premium Membership request. Premium Membership orders are processed the day we receive payment. You will receive an e-mail notification stating that your Premium Membership has become active. It is important that you keep us updated with any changes in your contact information. Please also note that a $15 fee will be required to cover the processing of any returned check.
