My friend is in an interracial relationship. She needs help telling her parents. What advice could I give her?
I would just tell her that this is the '90s — if she loves someone she should introduce them to her parents. If they can accept the person, fine, and if they can't, and if she cares enough for the young man that she's dating, then she'll have to put either him first or her parents first, whichever one she loves the most or respects the most.

Evel, I just got married to a guy I work with, and we're planning on having kids soon. Here's my problem: I think that once we have kids, he should quit his job to stay home and raise them. He's going to be a great dad, and I make about twice as much money as he does, and neither of us wants to have our kids raised in some daycare center. We both respect your opinion. What do you think?

I don't think that your husband really wants to be a babysitter and raise children any more that you do. You made the decision together to have children. You can probably use the extra money — if you're a female I don't imagine you make a fortune every year — so I'd try to find a good daycare center and put some trust in them, or otherwise hire a great babysitter and see if you both can't work because I doubt very much if the role you've chosen for your husband is going to work out.
