We appreciate your willingess to help us smooth out the wrinkles in our newest offering. Because this is a beta test, please be aware that small bugs may appear, and the system may (gasp) crash. Don't panic. Just wait a few minutes and log on again. Remember, it's not a party until something breaks.
There will be Tripod staff members moderating the Chat room, so if you have questions about the interface or anything else, just speak up! Also, be sure to read the help documentation, which includes the basics of Chat, troubleshooting, and special commands.
Please be aware that you must be a Tripod member to participate in Tripod Chat. Also, we strongly encourage you to send mail to [email protected] to report your comments, compliments, and criticisms about Tripod Chat. This is the best way for us to improve our Chat service and offer all the features and functionality Tripod members want.
If you want to link to or bookmark Tripod Chat, it is better to target this front page instead of one of the chat rooms. Even if that particular room isn't around when you come back, this page will be.
