It's been a week of introductions and good-byes here in Billsville. First, let me tell you about our six interns, who have gone unintroduced until now. Productivity has sky-rocketed since their arrival -- we're just hoping they don't notice the rest of us tip-toeing out of the office at 3 each afternoon. Adam ("ADAM!") Rosenberg (he likes to e-mail in caps "for clarity") is the HR intern, David Kinsley is our marketing intern, Jeff O'Brien's in production, Mark Madden's in design, and Daniel Sullivan and Steve Rossi are the tech interns. (At least, Steve was a tech intern until designer Jay Patrikios poached him to be his personal assistant.)
We also welcome Jennifer Wienert who has stepped in as our new receptionist, allowing Gail Burns to move into the editorial department. Gail's move couldn't have come at a better time -- this week we say farewell to two of Tripods favorite editors. Dan Reines and Lori Tuckett began working here in Billsville on the exact same day a little more than a year and a half ago, so it's only fitting that they leave on the same day, too. Coincidentally (they claim), they are both heading west to the City of Angels. They will be greatly missed and we wish them the best of luck.
