In addition to all of the new employees that have joined us over the past few months, we now have a very brand-new member of the Tripod family! At 8:30 on Wednesday night, right in the middle of the company holiday party, Mags and David became parents! Charles Angus Stewart, in all his six pound five ounce glory, was born on December 16th, 1998.

David and Margaret are at home now recovering, though David has come in a few times to give updates. We are all anxious surrogate parents! Each time he comes in, Jo Ann announces his arrival: "It's Daddy!"

Our holidays have been plenty full of good times (holiday parties), gifts (mmm� Polarfleece blankets from Tripod Santa), and lots of tasty food (thanks to Barak, out Potluck King). We are all lucky to have spent the past few weeks celebrating with the close friends we have here at Tripod. We hope you all enjoy the last of the holidays with close family and friends too. Eat, drink, and be MERRY!
