We are looking for Tripod members to keep the energy flowing through our pod communities. Are you a Tripod member and a U.S. citizen, age 18 or older, willing to donate a few hours each week? Then you already meet the minimum requirements to become a volunteer poderator!

Poderator is Tripod's name for the moderator of a pod. As a Poderator you will head up a team of Pod Hosts working to create great community on Tripod!
As a poderator it will be your job to:

• Work with the Tripod staff and Pod Team to keep the pod up-to-date and lively.
  
• Use E-mail, chat and message boards to help keep the Pod Team and all the Pod members connected and communicating.
  
• Write and send a newsletter at least once a month.
  
• Come up with cool topics for chats and message board discussions.
  
• Check out all the member pages submitted to the Pod and award "Best of Pod" at least twice a month.
