Q: Why would I use NeoPlanet Browser, and not my usual browser? A: NeoPlanet Browser is an addition to your current browser. It provides an interface for your browser that is completely customizable by YOU. The channel bar comes with a host of default links to the Web's best sites. You can create new channels and fill them with your favorite online destinations, or remove any of the ones you don't want. You can even share your channels with other NeoPlanet Browser users. You can get e-mail via NeoPlanet Browser, change what it looks like, even do Web searches, all from the same place. Why get stuck with the same old same old, when you can look at something new every day?   Q: How do I start using NeoPlanet Browser? A: After you've installed the client, just click on the shortcut, and NeoPlanet Browser will launch. After that, you can click on the desktop or Start menu icon to launch.   Q: What if I run into problems? A: If at any time you need help, just click on the HOME channel and click on the Help folder. The first page will take you to the Help area of our web site. If this proves unhelpful, just click on the Help menu, and select the option marked Contact NeoPlanet Support. Don't worry, you don't need to have the e-mail client set up, the program knows where to send the message, and it's a lot safer than a message in a bottle...
