1999 at Tripod. Everything seems new around here! New hires, new routines, new babies, new faces, and of course, New Year's resolutions. Here's a bunch from around the office:
- Jay's decided to breathe more.
- Don LeClaire wants to make more music and devote more time to his health.
- Gail has resolved not to walk to work in wooly bedroom slippers on days when it is snowing.
- Someone (who will remain nameless) has resolved to work less...
- Mark Madden has resolved not want to fall off his horse (again).
- Geoff wants to read out loud and memorize poetry, to hike more, and to bake the most delicious cake for his wife.
- Barak wants more hugging (but neglected to say from whom), to spend less time in strip clubs, to eat less corn and more anchovies, and to write that how-to novel he's always dreamed of.
- Carrie has resolved to be happy this year.
- Mike Marcella refuses to listen to Prince this year.
- Dwayne wants to spend more time with his wife and two daughters
- Jesse has decided to work on his DJ beat matching skills.
- Marybeth wants to do more dancing and eat more chocolate (she says it's good for her).
- Mikey Bronder wants to weigh less than his wife when she's nine months pregnant.
- Gayle O'Brien wants to get more exercise, and wants to stop getting into automobile accidents.
