This week we look at "Job Fantasies & Fantasy Jobs." Catherine Hedgecock is on hand to tell us how one man turned his love of sports into a thriving fantasy baseball business.
If you've read the first two installments of Gabrielle Mullem's "Internship Adventures," you know that her dream of working as a writer in New York has led her down some crazy career paths. In the conclusion, learn how she found her happy ending by getting caught in the Web (and Tripod even helped).
If you want to make sure you're headed in the right direction to your fantasy job, check out our review of "The Career Atlas".
If you've already found job satisfaction (you lucky dog), tell us all about the happy ending to YOUR career search in this week's survey.
Now make sure you hang onto that dream gig by participating in our Work Smart conference.

This week, we launch the Tripod Kitchenette. Are you short on space, money, or cooking talent? The Kitchenette will take your inadequacies and make a meal from them. Our own Janet Daly explains the basics (what tools you'll need, what to keep on your shelves, and the meaning of "baste," amongst other obscure cooking terms). Pableaux Johnson gets intimate with herbs and spices. This boy knows flava!
In the Women's Room, Bernadette Noll recalls how she learned the art of placid cooking from her mother, who cooked for 11 every night.
In the survey, mood food is the topic at hand. We all know that we are what we eat physically, but what about psychologically? What food do you hunt down when you're in need of comfort? Or when you're mad, or sad, or what? And does this food ever alter your mood?
And Doctor Bob advises a self-confessed bulimic, speaks out against costly eye laser surgery, and waxes lyrical on living with pain.

We finally got some excitement in our quiet little town, courtesy of Mother Nature. Williamstown got dumped on with 20 inches of the white soggy stuff. The reaction to the snow was mixed. "Little Matty Quann" (LMQ for short) thought it was a blessing. LMQ and C.E.Bo slipped out of the office and hiked up Mt. Greylock, giving new meaning to "climbing the corporate ladder." Then they proceeded to snowboard down.Bob (just Bob) didn't find the snow as attractive. He defiantly wore sandals all day, insisting, "It's Spring!" Unfortunately, his choice of footwear was a bit of a problem when he and Nate had to walk up the long driveway to C.E.Bo's house in the storm. Adding insult to injury, Nate's car got stuck later that evening. Think Spring, Bob.
Before the bout with the weather a few Tripodians did gather for an Easter party, complete with an egg hunt. A Tripod egg hunt is considered a full contact sport. People are not above pushing and shoving. In fact, Nick dove head first for one egg, only to have Kara easily pick up the next three. 'Podsters chasing eggs and each other made for quite a spectacle - although someone suggested it would be more even more interesting if all were in the buff. We'll let someone else market the Coed Naked Egg Hunt t-shirt, thank you.
